CASA Kane County

CASA Kane County’s mission is to advocate for the best interests of abused and neglected children within the Kane County Juvenile Court system.  For nearly 30 years, the organization has been recruiting, training and supervising volunteers whose goal is to ensure each child’s best interests and help them to be placed in a safe and permanent home in the quickest amount of time.   For more information visit www.casakanecounty.org






Elderday Center

For over 27 years, Elderday Center has been providing quality day services to seniors and support to their caregivers. Fox Valley Hands of Hope

Fox Valley Hands of Hope is a community-based, nonprofit organization. The mission of FVHH, is to enhance the quality of life and to provide hope for those experiencing grief or life-threatening illness.

Free Services Offered by FVHH

Hospice Support, Adult grief support groups, Children’s support groups, Short-term children’s grief support, Training program for grief in schools, Medical equipment loans, Community education on end-of-life care and grief, Opportunities to become a trained volunteer, Lending library, Spanish interpreters available for all services and programs. Visit www.fvhh.net for more information.




 



Geneva Academic Foundation

The Mission of the Geneva Academic Foundation is to annually raise money to fund grants for purchase of equipment, special programs, software, learning aids and other items that are not covered by the District 304’s school budget and which will help to enhance the overall educational experience of Geneva’s students.

Since its’ beginning in 1987, the GAF has given over $1.3M to the Geneva School District in annual grant donations.  We also provide two $1000 scholarships each year to two graduating GHS Seniors.

Geneva Girl Scouts

In Girl Scouts, girls discover the fun, friendship, and power of girls working together through many experiences, including field trips, sports, community service, and environmental stewardship.  

Geneva has over 500 Girl Scouts from Kindergarten through High School and over 120 adult volunteers, all working together to build girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place.





Geneva Women’s Club

With a rich tradition of togetherness and community service and a proud legacy of service, Geneva Women’s Club has supported the Fox Valley community for more than 75 years. We raise funds for charitable organizations through hosted events, such as our annual craft show which just celebrated its 43rd anniversary. We proudly support the Fox Valley community through volunteer events and programs. We also provide grants and scholarships to active students. Geneva Women’s Club is proud of our legacy of service and excited for what each new member might bring to our efforts.
