The American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Kane County is a local fundraising event to bring the community together to celebrate cancer survivors, remember loved ones lost and fight back against this disease.

The funds raised benefit the local community to provide free information and services to cancer patients and their families. Donate today to help us save more lives from cancer!

For over 28 years, CASA Kane County’s volunteers have advocated for the best interests of abused and neglected children within the Juvenile Court System.

In 2015, 263 volunteers advocated for 610 children.  The CASA gathers information and reports to the Judge what is in the child’s best interest.

We believe that every child has the right to a safe, nurturing, and permanent home.

Founded in 1955, The Ecker Center is a private, not-for-profit community mental health center which serves almost 4,000 individual with mental illness each year by providing professional 24/7 crisis intervention, case management, psychiatry, nursing, therapy, intensive outpatient, psychosocial rehabilitation, and residential services.

We have offices in Elgin, St. Charles, and Streamwood.

The mission of Fox Valley Hands of Hope is to enhance the quality of life and to provide hope for those experiencing grief or life-threatening illness. Our professional staff and trained volunteers are community-funded, allowing us to provide the best in compassionate care, free of charge. Our programs are designed to provide support for adults, children, and families, regardless of age, income level, race or religious beliefs. We believe that every person in need should be given hope.




Geneva Academic Foundation

The Geneva Academic Foundation (GAF) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that raises money each year to fund grants for the purchase of equipment, tools, programs and services for our teachers and classrooms throughout the Geneva Community School District #304 (grades K-12), as well as two annual scholarships for graduating Seniors from Geneva High School.   The grants funded each year must enhance the educational experience of the students in District #304.

In Girl Scouts, girls discover the fun, friendship, and power of girls working together through many experiences, including field trips, sports, community service, and environmental stewardship.  

Geneva has over 500 Girl Scouts from Kindergarten through High School and over 120 adult volunteers, all working together to build girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place.

Hearts of Hope is a non profit organization dedicated to meeting the needs of the community on the continuum of care, from alcohol and drug prevention to treatment and recovery. We offer compassion, encouragement and HOPE to those afflicted by addiction and their families affected by the disease.

What does the face of homelessness look like?  Could it be the person in front of you at the store, a child sitting next to your child at school, or someone you smile at on the street?  Homelessness can affect anyone at anytime. 

Help the Geneva East Book Club spread the word to unmask the many faces of the homeless.



Marklund is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that makes everyday life possible for individuals with profound disabilities. Marklund annually serves nearly 200 families throughout the greater Chicagoland area.

The organization features two sites: the Marklund at Mill Creek campus in Geneva and the Marklund Philip Center in Bloomingdale, which includes the Marklund Day School. For information, visit www.Marklund.org



Rehome Center

ReHome Center helps low income or homeless families acquire beds and other household items. With our help, partner agencies can help reduce the amount of stress that living in poverty can put on their clients. We give them the chance to focus on other things, such as their job, studies, or medical care.

Rover Rescue

Rover Rescue is an all-volunteer group dedicated to giving homeless dogs a happy future.  Our goal is to rescue as many dogs as possible from high kill shelters and abusive situations and place them in qualified adoptive homes. 

Our objective is to provide the best possible care and placement of dogs through quality fostering, proper vetting and education.


Salvation Army

The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian

Church. Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.


St. Charles Free Methodist Church

The Free Methodist Church of Saint Charles is one of the first Free Methodist churches in the world, formed in 1860. We meet at 214 Walnut Street in Saint Charles. We have a long and rich history serving Christ in the Fox Valley area, as a Bible centered and integrated congregation right from our beginning through present. Join Us!

TriCity Family Services

TriCity Family Services (TCFS) is a private, not-for-profit, human service agency serving the community members and organizations of central Kane County, Illinois.  The agency is dedicated to strengthening people and building community by providing quality, affordable counseling and emotional wellness programs that promote sound mental health and effective family functioning. 

As a community-based agency, TCFS promotes service excellence, honesty, hopefulness, personal responsibility and respect for others.  The funds raised through this initiative will help support the important work that we do!
